The Fitness Constellation in The Elder Scrolls Online

The Fitness constellation is focused on character survival and sustain. Stars in the Fitness tree include increased Health, Armor and all recoveries.

The left side of the Fitness constellation is centered around break-free bonuses while the right side is focused on blocking and bashing. The center stars include improvements to dodging and sprint while the head area includes unique CP Stars for resource sustain, reviving allies, improving damage shields and more.

Fitness includes three sub-constellations that can expand your options and build customization even further. These are:

Fitness Tree Champion Point Stars

The Fitness Tree consists of 41 Champion Point Stars that can provide bonus effects to your character build in ESO. Some stars grant their bonus passively, while other stars must be Slotted on your Champion Point bar in order to take effect. Stars must be unlocked with Champion Points before you can use them.

Arcane Alacrity Yes

While under the effects of a damage shield your dodge roll costs 160 less stamina per stage. Maximum: 800

Bashing Brutality No

Increases your Bash damage by 60 per stage. Maximum: 120

Bastion Yes

Increases the effectiveness of your damage shields and damage against shielded enemies by 3% per stage. Maximum: 15%

Bloody Renewal Yes

Restore 300 Stamina per stage, whenever you kill an enemy. Maximum: 1500

Boundless Vitality Yes

Grants 28 Max Health per stage. Maximum: 1400

Bracing Anchor Yes

While in combat, increase the amount of damage you can block by 4% per stage, but reduces your Movement Speed by 16% at all stages. Maximum: 20%

Celerity Yes

Increases your Movement Speed by 2% per stage. Maximum: 10%

Defiance No

Reduces the cost of Break Free by 110 Stamina per stage. Maximum: 220

Expert Evasion Yes

Your next Roll Dodge is free of cost. After consuming this effect, you cannot gain it again for 30 seconds.

Fortification No

Increases the amount of damage you can block by 2% per stage. Maximum: 4%

Fortified Yes

Grants 34.6 Armor per stage. Maximum: 1730

Hardened Yes

Increases the duration of Crowd Control Immunity by 3% per stage. Maximum: 15%

Hasty No

Increases your movement speed when Sprinting by 2% per stage. Maximum: 4%

Hero's Vigor No

Grants 280 Max Health per stage. Maximum: 560

Juggernaut Yes

While under the effects of Crowd Control Immunity, you take 1% less damage per stage. Maximum: 5%

Mystic Tenacity No

Reduces the duration of Elemental Status Effects applied to you by 5% per stage. Maximum: 25%

Nimble Protector No

Increases your Movement Speed while Bracing by 3% per stage. Maximum: 6%

On Guard Yes

While under the effects of Crowd Control Immunity, increases the amount of damage you block by 2% per stage. Maximum: 10%

Pain's Refuge Yes

Reduces your damage taken by 1% per negative effect active on you, up to a maximum of 20%.

Peace Of Mind Yes

Increases Magicka and Health Recovery while under the effects of Crowd Control Immunity by 40 per stage. Maximum: 200

Piercing Gaze No

Increases your Stealth Detection by 1 meter per stage. Maximum: 3

Refreshing Stride Yes

While Sprinting you gain 100 Health and Magicka Recovery per stage. Maximum: 500

Rejuvenation Yes

Grants 1.8 Health, Magicka, and Stamina Recovery per stage. Maximum: 90

Relentlessness Yes

Being Stunned or Feared causes you to gain Major Protection for 3 seconds, reducing your damage taken by 10%.

Rousing Speed Yes

Reduces the cost of Sprint by 50 Stamina per stage while you are immune to crowd control. Maximum: 250

Savage Defense No

Reduces the cost of Bash by 45 Stamina per stage. Maximum: 90

Shield Master Yes

Reduces the cost of your damage shield abilities by 2% per stage. Maximum: 10%

Siphoning Spells Yes

Restore 300 Magicka per stage, whenever you kill an enemy. Maximum: 1500

Slippery Yes

When you are affected by a disabling effect, you automatically Break Free for no cost. After using this effect, you become Winded and cannot trigger this effect or others like it for 21 seconds.

Soothing Shield Yes

When you successfully block an attack you have a 15% chance to restore 147 Health per stage. Maximum: 735

Spirit Mastery Yes

Decreases the time it takes to resurrect an ally by 33%.

Sprinter No

Reduces the cost of Sprint by 20 Stamina per stage. Maximum: 40

Strategic Reserve Yes

Gain 30 Health Recovery for every 10 Ultimate you have.

Survival Instinct Yes

While afflicted with a Status Effect, your core combat skills cost 5% less per stage. Maximum: 25

Sustained By Suffering Yes

Increases your Health, Magicka, and Stamina Recovery by 30 per stage while under the effects of a negative effect. Maximum: 150

Tempered Soul No

Return to life after resurrection with 5% more resources per stage. Maximum: 10%

Thrill Of The Hunt Yes

Whenever you kill an enemy you gain Major Expedition for 3 seconds per stage, increasing your Movement Speed by 30%. Maximum: 6 seconds

Tireless Guardian No

Reduces the cost of Block by 20 Stamina per stage. Maximum: 40

Tumbling No

Reduces the cost of Roll Dodge by 120 Stamina per stage. Maximum: 240

Unchained Yes

When you use Break Free, the cost of your next Stamina ability used within 5 seconds is reduced by 11% per stage. Maximum: 55%

Ward Master Yes

Reduces your damage taken by 2% per stage while Blocking and under the effects of a Damage Shield. Maximum: 10%

 

Best Champion Point Stars in the Fitness Tree

While you can unlock any Star of your choice in the Fitness Tree if you have enough Champion Points, some Fitness Stars are more useful than others. Our favorite stars in the Fitness Tree are those that provide the strongest bonus in as many situations as possible.

For example, Boundless Vitality grants players 1400 additional Health at all times while Siphoning Spells and Bloody Renewal restore massive amounts of resources when defeating an enemy.
